Indus­tri­al wash­ers are used for clean­ing and dis­in­fect­ing dry­ing trays after the pro­duc­tion process. They enable easy and auto­mat­ed prepa­ra­tion of trays for the next pro­duc­tion batch, sav­ing time on man­u­al tray wash­ing, and reduc­ing ener­gy, water, and chem­i­cal con­sump­tion.

Gen­er­al Infor­ma­tion:

  • mod­u­lar con­struc­tion, allow­ing cus­tomiza­tion of the wash­er accord­ing to spe­cif­ic require­ments; 
  • max­i­mum effi­cien­cy depends on the con­struc­tion of the wash­er;
  • option for instal­la­tion enabling auto­mat­ic load­ing and unload­ing of trays.

Heat­ing source:

  • elec­tric pow­er.

Man­u­fac­ture:

  • stain­less steel AISI 304, AISI 316.

Con­trol sys­tem:

  • oper­a­tor pan­el from 7″ to 22″ (stan­dard or stain­less steel)
  • tem­per­a­ture and flow mea­sure­ments, process con­trol dur­ing wash­ing;
  • remote access to the PLC;
  • pro­duc­tion and per­for­mance data record­ing on USB dri­ve.

Elec­tri­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • from 5 kW (depend­ing on the con­fig­u­ra­tion).
