Water purifi­ca­tion and treat­ment sys­tems serve both to pre­pare water used in the pro­duc­tion process and to obtain util­i­ty water. We man­u­fac­ture mod­u­lar water treat­ment sys­tems, depend­ing on the required capac­i­ty and fil­tra­tion stages, such as pre-fil­tra­tion, deion­iza­tion, reverse osmo­sis (RO), and elec­trodeion­iza­tion (EDI).

Gen­er­al Infor­ma­tion:

  • mod­u­lar design tai­lored to capac­i­ty require­ments;
  • abil­i­ty to build devices depend­ing on the required fil­tra­tion stages, such as pre-fil­tra­tion, deion­iza­tion, reverse osmo­sis (RO), and elec­trodeion­iza­tion (EDI).

Man­u­fac­ture:

  • stain­less steel AISI 304, AISI 316.

Con­trol sys­tem:

  • oper­a­tor pan­el from 7″ to 22″ (stan­dard or stain­less steel)
  • remote access to the PLC;
  • pro­duc­tion data record­ing on a USB dri­ve.

Elec­tri­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • from 1.5 kW (depend­ing on require­ments). 
 

Acces­sories and addi­tion­al fea­tures:

  • pro­duc­tion data record­ing sys­tem with report­ing;
  • remote access to the device and receiv­ing noti­fi­ca­tions on your phone;
  • audit trail.
